Pours golden with decent looking carbonation. The head quickly dissipates. There's a musty stonefruit *SNIFFS* organic apricot(?) aroma. While the stonefruit character dominates the nose with that sulfurry not quite baby diaper aroma, it is less present in the actual flavor of the beer. This is a mixed ferm farmhouse beer with Apricots, sorry ORGANIC apricots, not an overwhelmingly apricot beer, at least on first sip. As I continue to sip, the apricot character shines through further. It's solid.
