Imperial Stout aged for 15 months in Baker Bourbon barrels. Conditioned on cacao, coffee, cinnamon, and vanilla beans. Brewed for our third Anniversary.

Used motor oil black with burnt clear reddish-brown edges and pretty much no head, though there is some filmy lipid fun floating around on the surface.
Heavy on coffee, but in a delightful way, it's almost viscous, but is also dry, not sticky sweet but definitely a coffee pastry with a hint of Mexican elements, exhaling some nilla frosting before returning to mocha.
