Being from NJ, wanted to try this. It's not an imperial. but at 10%, it hides the alcohol. Thick mouthfeel, vanilla and chai bloom as it warms, and an nice reminder of what Stone Brewery used to do with a Chai Stout, when they brewed stouts. Will buy again.

Poured a dark chocolate color with a finger high caramel colored head that dissipated quickly leaving no lacing nor had any visible carbonation from a 16 oz. can. Strong aroma of chai spice with hints of cinnamon and ginger also present. Flavor is also spicy on the tongue with a mildly sweet finish followed by a slight bitterness that sits mid mouth. Feel is medium bodied with no carbonation tingle. A very nice offering from the Tribe that I also had @ the taproom which is a unique way of looking at an oatmeal stout. So far one of my favorite offerings from them.
