Kolsch brewed with blueberries. Served in knock-off perfect pint glass. Poured a clean, clear red color with 1/2 inch of pink head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma was light grains, and just a hint of blueberry. No real hop presence.
On the tongue, the fruit was a touch brighter, but was similar to the scent.
The body was smooth, had a bit of tart sharpness, and a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was fine, but I would have liked a more prominent berry aspect.
Overall, a nice little brew. Worth a shot if you see it.
