32oz mini-growler poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear, bright light gold color with 3/4 inch of white head that dissipated quickly, and left minimal lacing.
The aroma was that of gentle grains and soft, muted, floral hops.
Similar on the tongue, with the hops being a bit brighter.
The body was smooth and clean, with a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was fine, no problem knocking off the quart.
Overall, a solid, but not particularly notable example of the style. Worth a test drive if you see it.
