The beer is light golden in colour and clear. It is covered by a white, medium-sized head made up of small bubbles. The decoration is rather meagre, which does not hinder it at all.
Malty sweet aroma with pleasant notes of sweet fruit (peach, plum, apricot, apple).
Taste: here there is a balance between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness, which seems stronger in the finish.
Medium saturation. Body medium. Texture almost smooth. Aftertaste medium-long sweet, fruity with a dry finish.
