Golden colour, clear. White foam, high with a moderately long reduction time. Although not regular, it coats the glass nicely.
Aroma sweet, malty with spice (pepper, coriander), fruit (peach, apricot, grape) and yeasty notes.
Taste moderately sweet with similarly, medium-high bitterness.
Alcohol gently warms the oesophagus. Medium upward saturation. Medium-full body. Smooth texture. Aftertaste too short. There is a malty sweetness and a peppery bitterness.
