The Gasthof Dinkel is a large operation with rooms, a restaurant, and a brewery. It's not far from the kloster Vierzehnheiligen and Brauerei Trunk which is also worth a stop. There's a large terrace for outdoor seating which is nice. It overlooks their very large parking lot but beyond that the view of the hills, cornfields, and church spires in the distance is wonderful. As you enter there are dining rooms on either side, and the toiletten downstairs. It's a polished looking place but still somewhat traditional. The food is traditional as well. Unlike many places they brew a Roggenbier, and in the winter a bockbier. A lager rounds out their offerings. If you're in the area it's worth a stop.
