Pours a fairly clear yellow with thick, dense head.
Smell is crackery and herbal, clean and crisp. Notes of knäckebröd, citrus, rye and toast.
Taste is crisp, crackery and herbal with a solid bitterness. Notes of toast, rye, and knäckebröd with some floral hints and a nice hoppiness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, flavorful Italian pilsner.
