Copenhagen 18/5 2025. 50 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. An evergreen can in a simple design with the name of brewery and beer in white.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. stable, Settles s a lumpy and uneven layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet fruity odor mingling with a dry, tart and bitter scent Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and tart gooseberries. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is tart and dry.
Fine dry evergreen brew.
