Copenhagen 5/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Steel can with the name of the beer almost drowning in foam.
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized, civilized, white head. Stable. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light odor of sweet stone fruit mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruits. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and citrus. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Elegant, foamy and smooth as Bigger Foam should be.

Taste is crisp and fruity with a solid bitterness. Notes of pine, grapefruit, green tea and peach.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, drinkable Cold IPA.
