Our collaboration with Japan’s legendary Minoh Beer. It pours with a beautiful hazy glow, bursting with tropical citrus flavours and a fluffy mouthfeel from the koji rice, alongside a satisfying dryness.

Poured from 440mL can into a stemmed goblet. Canned April 2026, best by February 2027.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a light-to-moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: just a really interesting aroma that has a little rice to it but is also a little funky and a little fruity, with kind of a bit of citrus in the mix. Very interesting, and I like it.
Taste: a bit maltier than the aroma, with a distinct earthiness and just a hint of that funk. Less fruit than in the aroma. An unusual beer for sure, but one I’m enjoying.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the light earthy funk, moderate bitterness, and soupçon of sour fruitiness remind me so much of a table saison. I’m very much into this beer indeed.
