Very clear, light straw color (it belies the flavor). Only rim bubbles for the head. No lace.
Mildly sour but mostly featuring a apricot nose.
The taste is tart but quite mild for the style. It leaves a dry finish. Short aftertaste. Thin bodied, higher carbonation. Overall, a very drinkable but unusual beer
