16oz can into a pint glass. Another of those breweries that proclaims "drink fresh" on the label, but doesn't date the can.
Looked a nice and clear red until the last pour which clouded it up. Good cream colored head persists to the last drop, scattered lacing.
Faintly musty malt aroma.
On tasting, pretty good. Sweet and malty, finely balanced, no bad aftertaste you sometimes get with Irish Reds.
Mouth just about medium, finish sweet and a touch dry.
Overall, nice offering, my first from Last Minute. Hopefully more to follow.
