Really delicate on the nose, almost a stone fruit note to it with apricot and a bit of malt. Very smooth on the palate with gentle aromatic hops and some malt which can get a little grainy (corn flavour?), with little alcohol. Nice finish. Very good blonde ale, I really enjoy this.

From the brewer: "Our go-to beer after a long brew day, One Wave uses our favourite Old World hops – Czech Saaz and French Strisselspalt – to create light citrus and spice notes that make for an easy drinking but flavourful blonde ale."
My review:
Cloudy straw color. Small starting head but it recedes quickly to minute rim bubbles. No lace.
Mild aroma of pale malted barley reminiscent of a Helles.
Full bodied with a lower than expected carbonation level. The flavor is malt forward. Short aftertaste from the grainy finish. Very little hop.
