Can fresh from the brewery - pours a hazed pale straw color with a smallish 1 finger cap -- aromas of boiled grains, fruits and Belgian yeast funk - rich silken mouth feel...yeasty-boozy character... flavor is mellow but rich in sweet malts and earthy yeasty tones...finishes long and wet, sweet with funky yeast notes....very sturdy and mellow and soft palate with well hidden alcohol...warms you up
