Special Ale, produced with russello wheat, Pantelleria raisins and dried carobs. Medium-bodied beer, characterized by the sweetness of Pantelleria raisins and roasted carob aftertaste. After meal meal, excellent to accompany desserts and sweets, to be preferred Sicilian ones (pignolata with honey, mustaccioli, almond biscuits, etc.).
