In Sicilian style; produced with ancient grains of Sicily, timilia, russello and perciasacchi. Light and light beer, for the whole meal, with an aftertaste of cereals characterized by ancient grains of Sicily.
Excellent to combine with typical Sicilian dishes that recall the traditional Sicilian cuisine of the past, such as pasta with tenerumi, macaroni sauce and aubergine but also fish dishes.

Water, Barley Malt *, Wheat Flakes *, "Tumminia" Wheat *, "Perciasacchi" Wheat *, "Russello" Wheat, Hops, Sugar, Yeast. * Contains gluten

Had a bottle of this while eating dinner in Sicily. This brewery produces some good beers and this on is very good. Clear straw yellow in color with a bit of cereal on the nose and finish. It is a crisp and clean beer.
