Dark colored beer, soft and well structured. Inspired by the typical Christmas cake of the Palermo festivities, the "Buccellato". Flavored with the ingredients used to fill this particular dessert, such as chocolate, honey, dried figs, raisins, cinnamon and candied orange. The high alcohol content favors digestion so excellent after-meal beer to pair with a Christmas cake better if a buccellato!
