Hazy pale straw yellow with an airy big bubbly white foam collapsing in fits and starts leaving uneven mounds on the surface and some spongy stringy lace on the glass.
All kinds of peppery cracker--this is really popping of Nelson and I love it. There's also a bit of toasted sesame in the smooth round but medium-light body, as a touch of orange, grapefruit and biscuit come out on the just barely semi-dry finish. Carbonation is light and airy and this ultimately goes down very nicely.
