Opaque maize yellow with a moderate head of dense off-white foam settling to a fine film and bubbly collar leaving coral lacing.
Spicy and dank simcoe exudes cannabic evergreen that's prickly and assertive but pleasantly so, pairing with lightly juicy orange and mango with sweet accenting hints of strawberry shortcake, whip and all.
The body is moderately light and slick, with a fine minimal carbonation finishing quite chewy dry. Over time it develops a Sweet Tart note, especially on the nose.
