Mostly opaque pale tannish-yellow with an eggshell foam head settling in what almost looks like tapioca bubbles to a lumpy blanket leaving persistently thick doily lacing.
While smooth up front but prickly in the middle, the flavor profile is the reverse: spicy and peppery to start, but juicy and tropical to finish. A little shortbread with a vanilla whip sweetness also develops, contrasted by a slightly chewy resin after repeat visits.
The medium body has a soft froth that comes to a sharply semi-dry, almost stingingly warm finish.
A delicious haze bomb.
