Copenhagen 21/2 2023. 44 cl can from Beer Me webshop. White and light blue can with schematic drawings that reminds me of cartoonist Chris Ware.
Pours unclear amber with a big White head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stonefruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and sweet dark grapes. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry but thin.
Decent brew for the Gluten intolerant.
