Brewed with Tettnanger and Hallertau Traditional. It's everything you would expect from a classic Kolsch - crisp, light and clean with some balanced floral and spicy background notes.

Copenhagen 23/3 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Full Circles usual design with a diagonal split. Motif looks a bit like a splotchy David Hockney piece of art.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a huge white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a prominent sweet malty odor mingling with a subdued scent f sour grains and grass. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereal, Citrus and grass.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a tad watery.
A bit on tur flat and watery side.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is bready and slightly sweet with notes of apricot, toast and citrus. Light and crisp.
Taste is bready and bit fruity with a soft bitterness. Notes of toast, citrus and apricot with a hint of rye.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall, a well made Kölsch, does what it's supposed to.
