This Porter is smooth and rich with a malty sweetness on the nose. Expect notes of caramel, toffee and toasted nuts balanced with hints of currants and plums.

Copenhagen 16/3 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé Frb. F. Can in Full Circles usual design with a diagonal line separating the can in a off-white section and a section with rectangles in blue, orange and black.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a. earthy scent. Dark roasted malts. Toffee and bread. Linoleum, old plaster and mortar.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a touch of licorice.Lingers for a bit. Finish is fairly dry.
Pretty light for a Baltic Porter.
