Our first foray into Cream IPA. Expect a zesty clean citrus profile brought forth by the Galaxy hops, rounded out by the tropical resinous notes from the El Dorado. The lactose rounds off any sharp edges leaving you with a deliciously balanced luxurious brew.

Copenhagen 2=8/8 2023. 44 cl can from BeerShoppen web-shop. Full Circle's usual design with something that looks a bit as Northern Lights as motif.
Pours opaque, hazy pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as frothy, 1 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and a bit candy-like odor mingling with a scent of citric fruit. Sweet lactose, mango and strawberry milkshake. A bit sugary. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is quite dry.
Solid Milshake IPA.
