Collaboration with Atom.
For our return collab with Atom we made this big punchy NEIPA. Brewed with Citra, Ekuanot and Amarillo. Expect papaya, orange zest and tropical fruits. The combo of oats along with low carbonation bring a soft creamy mouthfeel to this brew.

Copenhagen 19/4 2023. 44 cl can from BeerShoppen web-shop. Abstract patterne in red, green and black. Resembles the cover of a Math book desperately trying to look hip.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit, Touch of pine. Peach and mango. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Sightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit searing. Lingers for while. Finish is dry.
Nice and appropriately aggressive with a delicate bitter bite.
