Dark apple juice color which resonates throughout the whole drinking experience as the taste profile strongly resembles an apple juice. It’s good and very well carbonated but not amazing. It’s very well made and love the low alcohol content for an ale.

Single Hop Experimental Research Pale Ale.
Moderate pour yields a nearly one inch slightly off white head over a hazy golden body with some lacing. Nose is quite subdued with slight citrus and very slight tropical fruit with a bit of floral and a tad spice as well. Flavors are citrus, floral with a bit of spice. Tasty with a nice mouthfeel and overall, not as much aroma as the previous SHERPA (Crystal), but still quite nice and would recommend.
Cheers to Dan for this crushable offering!!
