Raven's Share #3 - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. 500ml. ABV: 13.0%. IBU: 13. A stout brewed for special occasions. Rich, decadent, and full-bodied, this beer features 10 carefully selected specialty malts that each contribute to a deep, complex maltiness with notes of dark chocolate, sweet coffee, dried fruit, and graham cracker. Volume 3 was aged for 6 months in a Martenique Rhum Barrel, giving notes of molasses, vanilla, charred oak, pleasant rum, and subtle tropical fruit. Bottled with very low carbonation to accentuate the rich malt character of the beer.
