Chinese gold with little visible carbonation and almost no head.
Smells like a beer, Budweiser, cardboard, malt, very little hop character.
The taste follows the nose. Not much to comment on here.
Slightly disappointed I brought this beer back to Thailand as one of my few reps of the Singapore brewing scene. Drinking June 7th, 2022 in Phuket.

L- A darker shade of gold, very slightly hazy. Pours with 1cm white head with lively rising carbonation.
S- Distinctive but mild smell, at first I thought fruity, then slightly woody.
T- The smell carries over into the taste, there is a fleeting hint of aromatic spice, perhaps cardamon or clove, but none are listed in the ingredients.
F- The beer remains highly carbonated, but that tends to work well in much of the Asian beer market. Similarly it's gentle on the hopping which leaves it coming over moderately rich.
O- It's hard to pin down what gives this beer it's flavour, if they listed a likely source I'd be interested; that none are listed leaves me wondering how it tastes like it does. Interesting to try but not one I'd look to drink again.
330 bottle. BB: 6/Mar/2020. Bought from Singapore Changi Airport DFS, consumed in London.
