German style hefeweizen. Lemon and candied ginger added post fermentation. Straw color and medium body, aroma has some fruity esters from the yeast strain with pleasant lemon dominating, and a slight ginger twang in the background. When drank familiar hefeweizen flavors of banana and clove are present, which are complemented well by the lemon and ginger.
