At its core it’s a vienna lager. Flaked maize was added to the mash and it was fermented with a mexican lager yeast strain. The beer has a slightly reddish/amber hue. Noble hops are used subtly giving the beer a crisp refreshing quality. A toasty flavor and some residual caramel-like sweetness remain from the use of caramel vienna malt.
