This is a sour wheat beer with a pleasant tartness from lactobacillus bacteria and key lime juice. Fermented with Norwegian Kviek Yeast. The aroma is laden with key lime its sour but still easy to drink more than one. Refreshing and perfect for the summer heat.

Tasted on tap at the brewery. Aroma reminds me of mulling spices, like you would put in wine at Christmas, not key lime pie. Flavors have lime a cream that remind me of the dessert, but the beer is much more sour than a pie would be tart. Overall very good.
