This beer was inspired by Mexican hot chocolate. a stout with cinnamon, vanilla, Cocoa nibs and smoky chipotle peppers. These ingredients come together to create a complex symphony of flavors that is sure to please both chocolate and pepper lovers.

Tasted on tap at the brewery. The initial Mexican hot chocolate flavor was very nice with the stout base beer. Later in the palate the hot pepper heat built up and drowned out the other flavors. Overall, I thought the pepper heat was overdone.
