Pours with a very slight chill haze, kind of a medium golden straw color. Lively white head that was almost an inch tall, falls to a nice cap with respectable lacing.
The smell is sweet malts, a bit grainy, mild floral hops, a little grass-like note. Very faint and vague spiciness.
The taste reads sweet and slightly grainy/bready malt. The hops come through a bit more on the taste - floral and a bit peppery. That bit of grassiness in the aroma is in the background. Pretty decent bitterness and a bit of mineral/sulphur tang.
The feel is fairly light-bodied, moderately carbonated. It falls a little flat on the finish - not quite but almost crisp? There's a bit of peppery spice in the aftertaste.
Overall this is pretty good but I think it needs a tweak or two. It hits the style guidelines pretty well but I think it could have a better finish.

Growler pre filled purchased at the store, enjoy by 2021/08/10
Pours a light foamy fizzy almost 1 finger head with good retention, nice layered lacing, very clear med golden straw color
Most brings nice herbal floral noble hops, nice grainy sweet pilsner malt, little straw and cereal but light, a little strange fruity character that prob shouldn't be there, little corn and light sulfate
Taste brings light grainy sweet malt, cereal, light malt character, touch of pilsner corn, fair floral herbal nobles hops, grassy, little leafy, again fruity character that I don't think should be there, light bitterness, touch of sulfate to bring a little crisp bitterness but still a little flat finish and not much bitterness
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, lighter carb
Overall it's a start but needs some work, fruity character makes me think it was lagered a tad too warm, needs more malt character, hops are good but needs a little more bitterness, but not bad
