Drinking this at The Tantrum Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Hayesville NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a nice tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells a little boozey, sweet, malty and bready, vanilla, coffee and chocolate.
Taste follows the nose nicely and I don't usually like the boozy aspect but this works pretty damn well.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of an Imperial Porter that I would definitely order again.
