Draft at the brewery.Ah...sahti. Always a pleasure to find. Sticky herbal notes throughout, juniper, pine. Pale, hazy golden. Savory, spicy notes. Sip and savor

I had this on tap at the brewery. I like to see beers like this offered and if I were a regular at this brewery, this beer would be a go to beer.
Poured from tap into an English pint glass. Fairly clear golden yellow color with good head and curtain lacing. Nice floral smell and taste, slightly sweet. The juniper give it a honey, orange and pleasantly bitter taste. Dry spicy rye finish. Could be a bit more fragrant and have a bit fuller feel, but overall a very nice beer.
