A: The beer is very dark purple in color. It poured with a half finger high whitish head with a purplish/blueish tint that gradually died down but left a large patch of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of peas and lemongrass are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of peas with notes of lemongrass and limes.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite unusual in its appearance, smell and taste, but all of the different aromas and flavors seem to work well together.
