Our take on a Cologne Kölsch. This pleasant slightly hoppy beer is perfect for the summer.

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving just a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose along with faint hints of herbal hops.
T: The taste has flavors of biscuit malts along with notes of green grapes and hints of herbs and spices. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is maltier and less fruity compared to others in the style but is still easy to drink given its light body nature.
