Sour IPA
Very easy crushable summer sour Hopped with El Dorado from start to finish. Doesn't drink like a 6.5%. Watch out.

A: The beer is relatively clear light pale yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that left some delicate lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness and pears are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is a little sour and has notes of pears and hints of stone fruit.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Sour IPA is exceptionally easy to drink and feels very delicate in both the taste and body.
