Loads of toffee and wheat dough on the nose with some subtle notes of fresh cut grass accompanied by mild yeast undertones. Super smooth palate with additional notes of toffee and caramel all rounded out by a light citrus and floral finish. A great brew to finish off the summer!

Tall can from the source a few days ago..no canning or best before dating that I can find.

Pours lightly hazed under a lasting lite khaki cap. Leaving, some fine bubble fields of lacing. Yeasty final pour, but that comes along with half a load of floaties.

Light earthiness and some malts on the nose.

On the palate it again yeastiness, soft malts and a hit of vanilla all coming through...light and refreshing..worth a try.

A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of spicy yeast are present in the nose along with underlying notes of biscuit malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of toffee that are most prominent and stand out in the finish.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and a bit dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a little maltier compared to other golden ales but has an interesting contrast between the spicy, yeasty flavors and the notes of toffee.
