West East WIlliamsburg was aggressively dry hopped with Amarillo, Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade. Simcoe and Amarillo in the kettle to balance out the touch of crystal and Vienna malt used to add a bit of sweetness and complexity to the beer.

A: The beer is slightly hazy amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige head that died down but never completely faded away and consistently left a layer of bubbles covering both the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of piney and spicy hops are present in the nose along with hints of caramel malts.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger notes of caramel malts. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is hoppy and bitter but has a nice amount of maltiness, which reminds me of a throwback IPA from the 1990s.
