A blend of pale malt, flaked barley, and a gang of light and dark specialty malts. We are getting notes of dark fruits, chocolate covered coffee beans, with a hint of roast.

A: The beer is very dark brown in color (black when viewed from afar). It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coffee beans and dark chocolate are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of chocolate and a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and yet slightly thin on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation. The mouthfeel also has some smoothness.
O: This porter has strong aromas and flavors of malts but is very easy to drink and is still relatively light in body.
