50/50 blend of German Pilsner and wheat malt. Lightly hopped with Motueka in the kettle and fermented warm with Omega’s Hefe Ale yeast.

Appearance: On draft into a tulip glass. Hazy pale yellow with a good two centimeters of very thick bright white foam.
Aroma: Light spices with lemon zest.
Taste: The fruity esters were light and came in more like bubblegum than banana. A dash of peppercorn and coriander with lemon, as expected from the aroma.
Feel: Carbonation was a little too mild.
Overall: Not an ideal hefeweizen. It wasn't necessarily bad either though.
