This Pale Ale is fermented with our house IPA yeast and mashed with American 2- row, with a generous addition of both flaked rye and malted rye. We then Hopped it in the kettle with mosaic, and a huge dry hopping of El Dorado and Centennial. Spice from the rye melds great with the fruity/floral flavors from the hops.
