Poured from a tap into a 16 ounce pint glass.
Look- Straw, fine white head, hazy, no visible particulate, below average lacing, extremely below average head retention.
Smell- Guava.
Taste- Guava, tart, slight vanilla, sweet at finish, very flavorful.
Feel- Medium body, tart, silky, mouth watering, average carbonation.
Overall- Good look, but very low head retention even with propagation. Bouquet was pleasant, but one dimensional. Flavor was very abundant and desirable, but guava dominant. The feel was robust for the style with a silky/smooth feel due to the milk sugar. The beer provided a pleasant drinking experience.
