12oz pour at the FTLOG taproom. Here's their description:
"Dry hopped with Vic secret, Galaxy, sabro, El dorado,and Citra.
Brewed in celebration of our 3rd birthday!"
Opaque, pale yellow color, with a creamy looking eggshell-white head. Lots of lace.
Hoppy aromas reminiscent of tropical fruit and stonefruit.
More melon like in the flavor than in the nose. There's an unusual tanginess to the taste that I just can't quite break down that is unusual, but not off-putting.
Medium bodied, with a creamy mouth feel.
Nice hazy DIPA, apparently brewed for their 3rd anniversary. I'd hit it again.
