This is a light offering, but still full flavored. We used Flaked oats, and wheat, to add body. Then we hopped it with Citra, and simcoe, both in whirlpool, as well as DDH in the fermenter. This beer is a nice balance of fruity, crisp, and dank. And oh so crushable!
