Big place, high ceilings, nice patio, and good service today. Enjoyed a session and regular IPA and both were worthy beers. Definitely glad I stopped in.

I stopped in at Full Fledged a few weeks back when I was making a little touristy side trip to Council Bluffs. When I visited, they had 18 beers on tap, with a nice blend of mostly classic styles. I had the 29 Eighty pale, the hefeweizen, the oatmeal stout and the dank IPA; overall I think the oatmeal stout was my favorite of the four. The beer isn't bad, but I think they still have a little ways to go with respect to quality.
The taproom itself is big, new, clean and pretty industrial; yet, it still manages to be welcoming! Service up at the bar was quite friendly. If I ever happen to swing through Council Bluffs again, I'll certainly try Full Fledged again to see how far along they've come.

Open spaced seating brewery with long sitting bar. A lot of big windows and natural lighting. They have quality beer and I liked their Kolsch the best. They are brand new, I expect them to get better each year. Would definitely make monthly stops here to try new beers.

Shiny new brewery next to the arena. Large L-shaped bar on the left seats about 15, with a few tables opposite the bar and in the event room/area to the right. 8 beers on tap, I had the Floyd the Barbarian and it was very nice. One of those places where a guy over 50 becomes invisible. Seemed like a place lots of people stop at before going to events.
