Conditioned on crazy stupid amounts of a blend of vanilla beans that were processed in house. Madagascar Bourbon beans bring the rich, sweet, almost buttery base to build off of. Mexican beans follow building a creamy like texture that is reminiscent of ice cream. Finished by a large dose of Tahitian beans, which provide a big sweet boost and lend hints of dark fruit and caramel. You'll notice a sweet, almost marshmallow-like aroma which blends with the cocoa in the base of the stout. The flavor is dense, sweet and creamy with huge vanilla ice cream notes.
